In 2004, C&W wanted to launch a new mobile service

in the Channel Islands. This involved naming, brand positioning and development then rollout into two different

markets. Due to the crowded market conditions on both islands, it was vital that the new brand could engage with and change the minds of customers who were more than happy to stick with what they had and create an exciting new brand experience that put

them first.
