BA Internal Engagement

The task was to create a visual identity and communication platform to help deliver a shift

in employee attitudes. An ongoing programme of activity

to renew employees pride and passion for the brand.

 

Based on the idea of 'Inspiring Knowledge' - the system is bold and intelligent, highlights the performance of the business

by using quantifiable truth and facts, but are presented in an impactful, thought-provoking

and inspiring way. Iconography forms the visual core of the identity with a palette of icons that are a twist on the familiar and recognisable icons that people see in their everyday lives. They have a charming personality and a sense of British wit which would make people smile and talk about what they saw each morning, walking through their offices, workshops, canteens and hallways. An up-front approach that disrupts what people know and are used to from BA –

so they don’t just see this as another initiative but a new philosophy and way of behaving.
